Breakfast was simply royal; I had never seen that you could snack on ice cream at breakfast. I would suggest putting up more signs to make it easier to navigate the maze of rooms—from the changing rooms to the showers and to the SPA area, where the pools and saunas are. This is especially important for people who see badly without glasses."

Great breakfast, located just outside the walled old town but within 10-12 minutes you’re right in the heart of it and 5 minutes from the ferry station. Very comfortable bed, great blackout curtains, mini-fridge, iron, all you need. Great hotel!!"

"I recently spent two weeks at the Swissôtel Tallinn while attending a training program this September, and it was a fantastic experience. The Pros: * Location: It is incredibly convenient, situated just a 10-minute drive from the airport and about a 5-minute walk from the Medieval Old Town. * Views & Comfort: As the tallest building in the city, it offers commanding views across the Gulf of Finland and the Old Town. The rooms are exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious. * Amenities: The 11th-floor spa, well-equipped gym, and indoor pool are excellent for unwinding after a long day. The daily breakfast buffet is also a major highlight, featuring a huge, high-quality selection. The Cons: * The bathroom design features translucent glass walls, which allows shadows to be seen from the room and might lack privacy for some. * The breakfast service can get quite busy during peak hours, occasionally leading to a bit of a wait for specialty coffees. Overall, the prime location, premium amenities, and attentive staff made a lengthy stay exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend it."
