Our fridge was not cleaned as there were still food left from previous guests. When I told the staff at check out, the staff didn’t saw I or say anything except a very light “oh I’m sorry”. Disappointing.

The location of the hotel is great, but parking is $35 per day. The staff is horrible, the pool is the size of a hot tub and require appointments. They hold $75 per day for incidentals. They don’t tell you the WiFi unless you call and request, they will not clean your room unless you request it. At check in I was told they are out of towels and blankets. They have a non smoking rule but as you enter the front desk all you smell is weed, throughout the hotel you will be high , this is not a good hotel for families or anyone that is not up to get high on weed.

Staffing was terrible! Valet wasn’t available at the time we arrived and didn’t know when they would be open the next morning. We had to go through the headache of finding parking. Why put parking available if it can be closed or unavailable?

This property is poorly managed. The room was disguised poorly cleaned we found stains on the floor, walls, windows and shower. There was food left from prior guest. Couch and rugs had stains. The nightly staff was rude and had no patience. The morning staff was delightful and the hostess during breakfast were pretty cool but they ran out of food around 8am because their truck was late. The homeless living in the back of the building was creepy. And there were people in the lobby area you can tell weren’t guest just waiting on Ubers and loud because it was cold outside. Overall would not recommend this place it was a terrible experience.

Besides requesting early check in and being denied at the front desk, the stay was fine. Needed to get ready for a wedding. We were right next to the ice machine so there was a lot of noise at 3am.

Dirty.. looked nothing like pictures.. pool was small and dirty... no microwaves in room... bar was a joke... terrible... only bright spot was some of the staff

Everything good EXCEPT yall have a pool I feel like hotel need to be on top of having towels & also someone cleaning the pool area it’s too slippery you can’t even walk it was so much blood in the bathroom from kids falling an hurting themselves

Probably my worst experience at a mid range hotel. Horrible beds and pillows, requested more pillows (3x before they actually came) because my 5 year old was sleeping on the pullout (reserved in the right way) and they gave no extra. Finally came with 1 pillow and said that’s all they had? Very very minimal staff—took 10 mins to get a drink, get our car from valet. Extremely noisy on our floor both nights which didn’t help the already poor sleep quality from bed/lack of comfortable pillows. Not happy.
