The staff was wonderful. The rooms and facilities are dated and need work. Wish the cost included breakfast or there was a rooftop bar. The waterfront restaurant was closed the whole time we were there. Perfect location for anyone wanting to visit the inner harbor.

Pier 5 Hotel Baltimore
Do not stay here on the weekend unless you like to turn in after 1:00 AM. There is a new music venue nearby that gets cranked up around 10:30 PM. Sounds like WW III kicking off. Lord Baltimore Hotel
I was told that I can request a taxi if I need one by hotel reception staff. When I checked out on 4/27 at 7 am I was told that hotel staff can not call for a taxi.
