Check in process was terrible as in my booking I reserved for a two queen room. The QR code check in kiosks only offered one king bed. I was required to stand in line for about 40 min to get the two queen room I reserved. When I asked the front desk rep, she mentioned that's because everyone wants a two queen so the kiosks default to a king. I simply want what I reserved for but was made to wait in line. The room itself was fine. We stayed for one night to watch Mystere.

The hotel is beautiful rooms are nice. I would definitely stay there again because of that. The staff on hand is very rude and cold, which was the worst part. I stayed there for two weeks.
