"The property manager, Ms. Prakong was very proactive in helping. She communicated with us when we would arrive. She checked us in once we arrived and made sure everything in the home was up to standards. She helped us book different outings like kayaking, hiking the Tiger Cave Temple, massages, and transportation to our next area. She was definitely very helpful. The house and pool were very beautiful and nicely kept. I would definitely recommend this place. "

The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. "Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."

"We can highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were cleaned every day, and towels were changed daily. Free towels were available at the pool. There were several different restaurants with great food. Daily activities were offered both in and outside the pool. Free paddleboards, canoes, and windsurfing were available. You can rent a Hobie Cat if you’re ready for a fast ride on the ocean. There is a super nice gym with new equipment – a real gym with everything you need. Table tennis, Thai boxing, good spinning bikes, as well as bathing and sauna facilities. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and always smiling. The park was very beatiful with lots of animals. Best regards"

"Pros: The room had great AC (and the main lobby was quite cool at all times). The room with a view of the ocean was beautiful! There were hundreds of places to walk to for food and shopping and only a few minutes walk to the beach! We did not pay for breakfast, so I can't review that. But there were lots of places to sit which was great. Cons: You have to walk 2 floors of steps up to the lobby to get to the elevator. My wife had a sprained knee and walking 2 floors up of stairs to the lobby was very uncomfortable. (And with rolling luggage was difficult)"

"My stay at Blue Sotel was AMAZING! I LOVED the location, it was walking distance from the beach and resided in a long strand of hotels, restaurants, bars, and spas. The views are great if you're lucky enough to get a mountain view. I initially checked in for 2 days and decided to extend my stay based off of my initial experience. I was a little underwhelmed with the new room I was checked into (there was bad caulking in the bathroom around the sink and shower that appeared to be black but, after sharing my health concern, they were kind enough to move me. The breakfast was really good too! This was the second hotel I stayed at in Krabi and I would totally book again. "
