"I didn’t overly commit much more to food than breakfast but from what I experienced the breakfast service was brilliant. Plenty of options and the service was great. Internet great, service all over the resort. Quite hilly in areas which would pose a slight problem if less mobile but saying that I’m pretty sure the resort offers buggy service. The resort itself is lovely, so natural with lots of trees, palms and greenery. Direct beach access, 4 pools to pick from. The rooms are really nicely decorated, very comfortable and adequately air conditioned. In terms of access to the main part of town, 10-15 minute walk and you arrive into one of the main parts of Khao Lak. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. I would without hesitation stay here again. "Beautiful facilities, fabulous staff Food was delicious The walk into town was longer than expected but still fine. Some great bars and eateries within 10-12 minute walk. Taxi service also available from the hotel Khao Lak is a quiet area, if you’re there to relax, this place is perfect for you"

"We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad practice and I hope karma gets them."

"The property is in a superb location on a deserted beach, sunsets are stunning and the saltwater pool is very impressive. Great breakfast with a great egg station and good array of options. Swim up bar and snack bar with a nice restaurant for the evening. Also good fitness room and a wonderful Spa, would recommend the couples massage experience."
