L’hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, proprio di fronte al porto di Labuan Bajo, ed è stato l’unico motivo per cui lo abbiamo scelto. Per il resto, sapevamo già dalle recensioni che non ci saremmo trovati bene. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera standard che, tutto sommato, era piuttosto pulita, ma molto piccola e priva di finestre, cosa che trasmette una sensazione di soffocamento. Inoltre, la porta non è una vera porta, bensì una vetrata scorrevole coperta da tende oscuranti, che non garantisce una reale percezione di privacy. Altro punto negativo è la doccia: nel giro di pochi minuti il bagno si allaga completamente, con 2–3 cm d’acqua su tutto il pavimento. La cosa peggiore, però, è il rumore: durante la notte, il locale/discoteca situato sotto l’hotel diffonde musica ad altissimo volume fino all’alba, rendendo impossibile dormire. Nemmeno a Ibiza avevo mai sperimentato una situazione simile di disagio!

Fantastic location, lovely staff, great rooftop seating. The only issue was the shower overflowing into the bathroom area. A little bit noisy with the nightclub below and the mosque. Would return again though as the positives outweighed the negatives.

Det var et super fint sted, dog et småt værelse i forhold til hvad billederne viste, men super pænt alligevel. Det eneste ærgerlige var at rooftop var lukket og “under maintenance”. Så der var hverken mulighed for mad eller pool på hotellet på noget tidspunkt:(

Arrivée vers 19h et nous avons pas eu notre chambre car ils nous trouvez pas sur leur ordi. Pourtant nous avions notre numéro de resa qui confirmait que nous avions bien pris et payé nos chambres.. du coup nous avons attendu pendant 1heure30 dans le hall comme des chiens à essayer de résoudre un problème qui ne nous concerné pas..même pas une boisson fraîche proposée. Bref l’hôtel est en dessous d’une boîte de nuit donc bruit assuré à partir de 23h jusqu’à 4:30 du matin! Et à 5h du matin les bateaux qui arrivent et qui klaxonnent Vraiment pas top comme hôtel mais c’est à proximité de tout. J’y retournerais pas. Vraiment pas top à part le confort du lit… si vous arrivez à dormir !!!

L’hotel è a 50 mt dal porto turistico, e sulla principale strada di sorong comodissimo a ristoranti e negozi. Buono, nuovo e pulito. Il problema è la comunicazione. Ho avuto bisogno di comunicare con loro alcuni giorni prima del mio arrivo ed è stato impossibile. Non rispondono al telefono e nemmeno tramite expedia….

The location is perfect and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is located next to the harber so when you are doing a Komodo trip you can walk to the boat. I really recommend staying at DEJAVU 2.0 HOTEL LABUAN BAJO KOMODO if you are going to visit Labuan Bajo. Thank you so much guys.

We had a booking at this hotel for our tour to Komodo Island, sadly our tour and our flights were cancelled due to a volcano eruption in Flores and we couldn’t make it, we tried talking to the hotel and they were extremely closed to helping or refunding our money even though it was definitely not our choice, so I am a bit biased as to my review and their terrible policies and customer service.

Everything was alright, but beds were very firm/hard and shower would flood the bathroom. There was no lip to stop the water from coming out all over the rest of the bathroom floor and drain for it was in a terrible spot so the water could drain into and no extra towels to clean up the water. Rooftop lounge was nice and had a beautiful view and seating area.

Bed sheets were filthy, multiple brown stains on white linen on both beds, the room didn’t have a window although it said it did on the listing page, but the main problem was incredibly loud music playing from midnight to 3/4am each night, couldn’t tell if it was from the roof or the Deja Vu bar downstairs. The bass was so heavy I could feel it in my chest on the second floor. The rooftop views are amazing however and the hotel is in a good location if you plan to visit the Komodo islands, as the port is literally on your doorstep. The staff are very helpful, however we waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check out, nobody arrived, so we left the keys on the desk as we had to leave for our flight

We checked in and was given a twin bed. We asked the staff for a queen the staff said there’s nothing available even tho we specified it was our honeymoon. The room was decent. Great water pressure. There was a lot of light coming from the hall way during the night and the AC light was pretty bright. So if you’re sensitive to light this might be an issue. It was for me. There’s a rooftop bar that is super annoying with the sounds getting all the way to the second floor. It was quite unbearable. Overall decent place if you’re looking to be close to the port.

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer war schön und sauber und es gab auch jede Menge Badausstattung. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war, dass die Eingangstür aus Glasfenstern bestand und man den Vorhang zuziehen musste, damit niemand in das Zimmer hereinschaut. Zudem war es in der Nacht relativ laut, weil irgendwo (ich glaube auf der Dachterasse) laut Musik gespielt wurde. Die Dachterasse an sich war wirklich schön und man konnte dort schöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Die Lage war super, man kam schnell überall hin. Selbst zu Fuß zum Flughafen waren es nur 20min.

Wir hatten das Meerblick Zimmer. Die Strasse in Richtung Hafen ist 24h so dermassen laut, weil die Schiffe ständig hornen, reger Verkehr herrscht und laute Musik der Bars zu hören ist, dass man kaum ein Auge zumachen kann. Obwohl das Hotel 2020 gebaut wurde, ist es bereits recht abgewirtschaftet. Die Fenster haben absolut keinen Schallschutz und den Balkon will man nicht nutzen, weil es so dermassen laut ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, mitten im Geschehen (deshalb auch laut) und die Aircondition funktioniert super. Zudem hat das Hotel eine tolle Rooftop Bar mit toller Aussicht. Der Hafen für die Abfahrt zu einer Schiffstour ist direkt vor dem Hotel (100 Meter entfernt) und macht das Hotel zu einer guten Ausgangsbasis. Das Personal ist mässig motiviert aber freundlich.
