Staff is excellent. Room was good. Balcony looked onto the port, which is noisy. However, I would definitely stay again. Particularly if you are doing a liveaboard scuba trip, the hotel is right next to the port.

Fantastic location, lovely staff, great rooftop seating. The only issue was the shower overflowing into the bathroom area. A little bit noisy with the nightclub below and the mosque. Would return again though as the positives outweighed the negatives.

The location of the hotel is tactically really good. A lot of good restauranzts, cafe and the Harbour nearby. Everything was really clean as we haven arrived. However walls are way to thin and we couldn’t get much sleep, because it was way too loud. Other tourists, the street and the musholla nearby kept us awake during the night. Really sad, beside that it could be a good hotel.

Everything was alright, but beds were very firm/hard and shower would flood the bathroom. There was no lip to stop the water from coming out all over the rest of the bathroom floor and drain for it was in a terrible spot so the water could drain into and no extra towels to clean up the water. Rooftop lounge was nice and had a beautiful view and seating area.

The shower easily floods the bathroom

The hotel is in the heart of Labuan Bajo, all the shops are within walking distance and the jetty is just one minute walk away. Hotel staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has a rooftop bar and the view was phenomenal. I had good night sleeps whilst my friend said he could hear some music from outside during the nights. The water from the shower, however, would flood over the shower area into the rest of the bathroom and it would take hours to dry. Overall, I’d say it was a pleasant stay, but the hotel should do something about the bathroom.

We checked in and was given a twin bed. We asked the staff for a queen the staff said there’s nothing available even tho we specified it was our honeymoon. The room was decent. Great water pressure. There was a lot of light coming from the hall way during the night and the AC light was pretty bright. So if you’re sensitive to light this might be an issue. It was for me. There’s a rooftop bar that is super annoying with the sounds getting all the way to the second floor. It was quite unbearable. Overall decent place if you’re looking to be close to the port.

Bed sheets were filthy, multiple brown stains on white linen on both beds, the room didn’t have a window although it said it did on the listing page, but the main problem was incredibly loud music playing from midnight to 3/4am each night, couldn’t tell if it was from the roof or the Deja Vu bar downstairs. The bass was so heavy I could feel it in my chest on the second floor. The rooftop views are amazing however and the hotel is in a good location if you plan to visit the Komodo islands, as the port is literally on your doorstep. The staff are very helpful, however we waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check out, nobody arrived, so we left the keys on the desk as we had to leave for our flight

The staff are great. Location is okay, near the port, but also near the mosque so often loud. The only problem I had was with the maintenance: the shower drain was plugged, and despite my effort to open it and clean it out, it was plugged deeper. As a result the shower quickly flooded and overflowed the one inch ledge and flooded the entire bathroom. It took hours to fully recede. I told the front desk, and they said they would report it, but nobody would come for at least a day. Inconvenient enough, that with other local options, I will choose elsewhere next time.

Our room was lovely; we had views over the port and the archipelago, plus outside space with seating and two balconies. The location was great, right in the heart of Labuan Bajo, close to the port and near to many cafes and restaurants. However, there were several issues; basically housekeeping were not on top of the job: 1. The shower drain had not been cleared, so by the time the water ran lukewarm, the bathroom flooded. 2. Our hardly used towels were taken away unnecessarily for washing and not replaced until late in the evening, too late for showers. 3. There was no soap for hand washing. 4. The safe jammed each time we used it. 5. There was a lot of 'boom boom' noise late evening until the early hours, we think from the rooftop bar. So although we liked the room and Labuan Bajo, we would not go back to Dejavu 2.

The location is perfect and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is located next to the harber so when you are doing a Komodo trip you can walk to the boat.
