전략적 위치. 나쁘지 않은 조식
alun-alun이라 불리우는 이슬람 사원 옆에 위치해 있다. 작은 야시장 같은 것이 열리는데 크게 볼건 없다. 조식은 타 호텔에 비해서 훌륭한 편.

찾아가기 어려웠습니다. 진입하는길이 좌회전 안되고 우회전 안되고 삼킬로 거리에서 삼십분을 빙글빙글 돌았습니다. 비즈니스 센터가 없어 문서작업 안되지만 친절한 직원이 출력은 하다 주네요. 뷔페는 너무 좋았습니다. 가지수도 많고. 가격 대비 전체적으로 사점 주고 싶네요.

Dated charm
Dated hotel which could still be a gem if renovated. Service was impecable. Breakfast had enormous choices of Indonesian breakfast. Location somewhat run down. But taking taxi in and out solved that issue.

Very helpful service staff, and efficient room cleaning staff. Good and delicious variety of dishes for breakfast. Hotel need to better improve its facilities such as the hotel wifi and room air-condition system.

Good stay!
This is my third stay. The hotel was wonderful. Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, excellent surrounding. They immidiately responded to my complaint and even 'çompensate' me on it which is a very good move to ensure my 'come back'. Room and toilet cleanliness must be improved. Lighting is also a set back, pls make the room and toilet brighter. AC is not cool enough. WIFI not good during my stay. I was told they are having some problems in WIFI systems.

Hotel facilities are very poorly maintained. It is difficult to close the door. The most important thing is that the front desk service can't be difficult. Let the front desk attendant help the taxi to overcharge the 200,000 rupiah tip.

Strategic location
Our room was upgraded from superior room 117 to grand deluxe room 518 as there was problem with wifi coverage. Room is very spacious and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Ten minutes to Pasar Baru Trade Centre and to Alun Alun Bandung. The only con is insufficient lighting in the room.

Reasonably priced hotel in Bandung city
Hotel is centrally located in the city (and may experience heavy traffic jam at certain hours). Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable. But shower area in the toilet is dirty - we found a small cockroach.

1)Appreciation to Asst.Hotel Mgr:Mr DEDEH who allowed us to check in early due to my unwell condition upon arrival. 2)Kuddos to Hotel staff: Ms ALLIN who has rendered a great extra mile svc with her friendliness & similing face towards us.Offered me a 'Hot Tea with lemon & honey to release my bad 'Cough'.Upon feedback abt 'Towels Bad smells'-immediate action taken for replacement.She also offered us for a 'Free Grab Car' ride at her own cost from Hotel to Airport! What an awesome svc & sincerity in her. 3)Another Kuddos to Hotel staff:Ms WIRANTI who has also rendered a great svc to ensure we are comfortable staying there.She can remember my name & room no.too. 4)ALL HOTEL STAFFS working there are very Super friendly with their constantly non-stop sincerity greetings towards Hotel Guest! 5)It's within 10mins walking to Pasar Baru Trade Ctr for great shopping.

I booked this hotel bcos I've been twice here n that time it was very good. But now the hotel really need to renovate the rooms. Service is super good....all staff are friendly. Foods are more to local delicacies....n delicious. Overall it's fine if u just need a place to sleep. BTW, wifi wasn't strong.

Centraal gelegen, keurige entree.
Dit hotel hadden wij ook in 2014. Toen was het top of the bill. Het hotel is over zijn hoogtepunt heen en kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Ook het zwembad was niet meer wat het geweest is (prachtig doorkijkend water; nu donker water) en fitness-zaal was niet bruikbaar wegens verbouwing (waar overigens niemand aan het werk was). Ontbijt was in 2014 top maar was nu sterk achteruit gegaan. Tijd voor een boost zou je zeggen. In 2014 kon je nog voor een dag een auto met chauffeur huren, nu ben je aangewezen op de grab. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het hotel ligt op een goede plek met vele mogelijkheden.
