Stayed for 5 nights with my daughter for an early season ski holiday. Had a great time, the hotel was perfect for our needs and well located. The only disappointment was that the Hot Springs and the Banff Gondola were both closed for maintenance which was a shame! (but nothing to do with the hotel of course!) This was the second time I've stayed at this property and would happily book to stay again.

Best Western Banff is conveniently located. The room and surrounding areas of the hotel were clean but outdated. Was nice having breakfast included but the breakfast area fills up quickly and space is limited. Food was fresh and lots of choice. Parking was under the hotel, spaces are small for parking larger sized vehicles but we managed. In all the Best Western was a good economical choice for staying right in Banff.
