"I was here for a conference. The food was excellent. My room was comfortable. They charge $14 per day which is unacceptable given the fact I paid over $700 for two nights. The fire alarm went off twice one night. The hotel offered no apology or explanation. When I checked out, I asked if they could honor the conference rate we were given. Because I booked through Expedia, they said there was nothing they could do. They did refund my parking. I suppose that was their apology for the fire alarm? I won't stay here again."

"Amazing hotel, hot tub and sauna room are perfect with great views, especially sunset. Loft rooms are perfect with kids or group of friends, super spacious and the real fireplace is so relaxing, worth the upgrade everytime. A short bus into town and off the beaten path for quiet. Great walking trail right off property. Will be back 100x!"

"I stayed here for 5 nights while in Banff for a wedding. It was lovely. The rooftop hot pools were a highlight for sure after a long day of hiking and exploring. Beautiful hotel and great staff. The front desk has free bear spray rentals which was convenient. They gave out free bus passes to get into town however it’s only a 15 minute walk. It’s probably worth upgrading your room to mountain view as our room faced into another building, but overall great hotel. The rooms are well-equipped and the hotel also offers guest laundry services (inexpensive) and free detergent at front desk. I will definitely return. "
