They upgraded us and suggested late checkout as we had a late night flight out the following day. It was a wonderful stay!!! We did miss the little boat shuttle to the pier, but a nice shuttle van was provided.

Very nice hotel but breakfast with limited options

All of the staff were great, but the staff at the burger place were amazing. They went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed my meal. The room was also very nice. Would love to stay here again.

Everything meets my expectations and glad to see NuMay again .She is really a nice, genuine and caring person . Very lucky to have her assisting me again . Outstanding value. The best staff. I slept like a baby. I got an excellent workout in at their gym to start my day, and the equipment was expertly maintained. The breakfast was outstanding. Their coffee is superior. Their co-working space design is brilliant. If I knew this place was going to be this great, I would have stayed in Bangkok longer.

Great ferry ride to Asiatique and wonderful view

I have lived in four continents and traveled the world over. This hotel is a hidden jewel for northern Thailand. Beautiful, authentic, full of charm, hotel. Great architecture, room design and decoration, from the hand carved wooden doors to the very large and fully stocked bathrooms with jacuzzies. The staff is incredibly polite, respectful and helpful. I fully recommend the hotel.

A very clean place with affordable price. Good services. The only issue is the street traffic is noisy when your room is next to that side.

We rented this for a few nights to entertain our grandchild a few days and my novice search skills suggested this was very much kid-friendly. Well, that is a huge understatement…it was AWESOME and my granddaughter had more fun than I’d ever seen her have. Pool great, dining in the hotel a very reasonable and delicious and honestly it felt like I should be paying WAY more than what the nightly charges were. Oh and the staff was outstanding and so was the breakfast and other amenities! Highly...

This was the first hotel that I saw only for star reviews and now I know why: it is a four star hotel! Perfect room, friendly staff, walk to mtr and shopping. The onsen was a bonus and very nice. Highly recommended

Club suite was great! Hotel has nice rooftop bar as well.

I like everything about this hotel. My last 5 trips to Bangkok, I stayed on this hotel. But unlike other hotels there is no room upgrades.. regardless, this will remain my prefered hotel for the time being. i usually visit Thailand at least once a year, if not twice.

The hotel is quite clean and the staff is very kind.
