Amazing room and even better staffing! They were so incredibly helpful and welcoming! Gave us everything we needed and the room was super clean and comfortable. I see other reviews about the location but there are so many markets around the hotel that end around 9-10pm and it was very nice!

Air conditioning was excellent and all the staff is very friendly and professional. I needed to leave early and the manager let us grab a bit at the buffet 15 minute before opening. Every day the buffet changes with great selections and all the food delicious. International cuisine with great taste. Even the Indian cuisine buffet was delicious. The manage helped me booking my train to Kachanburi and Attruttaya which save me a lot of money on tours.I would definitely would stay at Centara next time in Bangkok.

Really enjoyed my stay at Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel! The location is super convenient, with lots of shopping and food options just a short walk away. The room was clean and comfy and the staff were always smiling and helpful. I also loved the rooftop bar and it was such a nice spot to relax after exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok!

Great place to use as home base. Everything is 15-30min by tuk tuk to attractions. Hotelnis clean. Lacks a grand entrance as the entry is in an alley and elevator to 9th floor. But very clean and well polished.
