The employees were nice and I like that the check in and out was possible almost for every hour, but the water bottle was not refilled as much and there was ants inside of the room.

We stayed 3 nights. The room was in good condition but there was no hot water on night 2 and morning on the day we checked out. That was very inconvenient. Had to take a cold shower. Breakfast buffet was okay. Nice fresh fruits but small portions on the a la carte menu.

Excellent stay! Staff was wonderful. It’s an extremely well run place. Recently renovated rooms. Great atmosphere. The restaurant/bar is a bit of a scene, in a great way! Delicious food and lots of locals. The pool and bar make for a great place to relax. WiFi was excellent and strong in our room. Only thing that would have made it a perfect stay would have been a Netflix/streaming capable Smart TV. Everything else was great! We’ll be back for sure.

Great location

Lovely hotel and staff. In a great area of Bangkok, a short train ride from the airport and with easy access by train to all over Bangkok. Great restaurants and bars in the area. We only stayed for 1 night but were walking around after midnight and it felt very safe.

It is a very stylish design hotel in the chic area Ari with a famous restaurants and spa. Located 10 mins tuk tuk ride away from the station, it is quiet and comfy and yet still close to everything you need. Recommended if you are looking for a more private and relaxing stay.

We had a lovely stay at Craftsman Bangkok and really appreciated the hotel’s Tuk Tuk shuttle to get back and forth from the Ari station. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and the well fitted gym. The staff were very kind and attentive as well. We did stay during known construction which was a bit loud at times, but we were gone during the day and were not overly bothered. The website was very clear to warn us about the construction. Two things to note on your stay; Self serve laundry is available for a small fee. The front desk was able to change our notes for coins to use the machines. If you are accustomed to used hair conditioner that is not available.
