The room while small was spotless, with a powerful shower and a handily placed outlet to charge my phone while I was asleep. Staff are courteous and helpful, and helped make me feel welcome after a hellacious journey. The location is great not only for Khao San Road but also for the Chao Phraya boat service

Great location and value. Didn't notice the balcony on the images but didn't have a proper explore of the hotel! Food and drink served at the venue is great for a quick and simple breakfast, lunch or dinner. Walls are a little thin but as a heavy sleeper I was fine once I got off to sleep. Front desk is 24/7 if there are any queries and the location is great. Close to many popular sites as well as other lesser known places I visited such as Gaginang Beer Cafe and Nuttaporn Ice Cream

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our preferred bed type wasn’t available upon arrival (it was not guaranteed) and we were aware that there is no elevator, so no surprises. Despite the proximity of the hotel to Khoasan Road, it was a quiet Room.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay there. However, our rooms are very small. If you have a checked bag size of bag, you’re probably not having enough space to open it in the room. I had a small carry on bag and had a hard time opening and closing it. Room itself was clean, staff was helpful and kind, very busy location and Boat port is a minute walk so its very accessible to all the touristic areas through the boat. Overall a good experience. I will definitely recommend!

Nice boutique hotel near Khaosan Road. The in house restaurant had great food and prices. Super accessible to laundry and shopping, with a 7-11 right next door. The General Manager, Pascal, was very friendly and informative. Will definitely stay here again.
