GOOD LOCATION.

LOCATION IS SO GOOD. THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND QUICK ACTION. BUT THE SHOWER TAP IS VERY DIRTY. BUT THE STAFF CLEAN UP IS VERY FAST.

Clean & Friendly

I stayed here twice and both times the lobby, rooms, dining, and pool area were all extremely clean and pleasant. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful! (I event went to another Four Points location by accident before checking in here, and the staff there very kindly redirected me to this location.) The hotel also stored my larger bags for a few days for free while I went on a weekend trip to Phuket.

Plus points - next to BTS Phloen Chit (but with only up escalator), large toilet with many clothes hooks, fast lifts Negative points - one twin bed sinks in the center, charging of credit card for incidents instead of just holding the balance is not convenient.

Good location. Bed was uncomfortable. Mattress literally “sunk in”. We had backache after sleeping on it for three nights. We asked the hotel staff to change it and they were nice to get replacement. Not perfect but better. Everything looked old and well used.

Afterwards, I asked the hotel to explain why they did not proactively notify all guests before the fire alarm test, but I still haven’t received any reply by the time I checked out 😓 The female staff member who answered the phone was quite cold 😓 The female staff at the buffet breakfast counter on the 8th floor was not very friendly 😓 The bedsheets in the hotel room had obvious stains, the soundproofing was very poor, and the ceiling in the shower room leaked water, so every time I wanted to shower, my hair would get wet. Many receptionists in the hotel lobby were very good 👍 polite, and even willing to smile 😅 The manager of the 8th-floor restaurant was also very good 👍 The IT department staff were very helpful in assisting me.
