My partner and I arrived at the hotel at 6pm after a delayed flight with Garuda airline to find our room ready (Thank God for that) although, the staff from the reception were average and did not have much knowledge of the hotel facilities. The lady from the reception could not explain to us where our room was she kept saying that the concierge guy would scout us out to our room. She also explained to us that the restaurant would be opened until 10:30. My partner and I went out for a little wonder around and when we came back to have dinner as we arrive to the restaurant around 9:30 the staff was very prompted to say "we are closed". We were like, we need to get some food as we haven't had dinner, the staff told us that we could order some room service and we quickly headed to our room to only been told that we could not order any more food as the restaurant was closed. We were starving and had to go to bed without food because the miscommunication between front office and restaurant staffs. The bathroom shower was horrible, every time we were having a shower there was water everywhere and the door handle came off as we were trying to get into our room. We were very disappointed with our stay. Unfortunately, I don't think we are going back.

Das Frühstück ist wirklich gut – hier findet jede*r etwas für sich. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber man schläft darin hervorragend! Besonders schön ist das Meeresrauschen und die Wellen – einfach traumhaft. Lediglich der Pool wirkt nicht besonders einladend.

The staff were very friendly and the resort was very tranquil. We had such a wonderful stay. Just keep in mind that the only means of transport off of the resort is via taxi. Overall we had the most relaxing stay and would highly recommend!

Only negatives the location is horrible extremely far from everything literally Taxis might try to charge you more to pick up in this location Surrounded by locals They will try to charge you for “stain towels” I wasted a soda in the room used my towel . After checking out they’ll hury and send someone to check your room and try to up charge you for “damage towels or sheets “

Management top! Room black mold, bed sheets not changed in 3 days, whole hotel is shaking at night. Safe not working, no WiFi. Near the beach but you cannot lay there!!!!

Schlimste Unterkunft in welcher wir je waren. Wollten eigentlich 5 Nächte bleiben aber sind nach 2 Nächten gegangen. Es hat nur ein Restaurant, in welchem es schlechtes Essen gibt und kein anderes im näheren Umfeld. Das Zimmer war okay und schön eingerichtet, einfach nicht sauber genug für ein 4 Stern Hotel. Dann gab es noch eine Katze welche jeden Morgen und Abend auf uns losging, weshalb wir am liebsten das Zimmer nicht verlassen wollten. Geht nicht dort hin, denn das Personal kann null Englisch und versprechungen werden nicht eingehalten.

Hôtel qui aurait pu être merveilleux mais dont les infrastructures semblent ne pas être suffisamment entretenu... Convient pour une étape sur la route du port de padangbai
