"The pool was almost always crowded since the hotel regularly holds swimming classes for non-guests. It felt a bit inconvenient for hotel guests who just wanted to relax and enjoy the pool, as it didn’t provide the quiet or private atmosphere you would normally expect."

"There are so many positive things I could say about my stay here. The price was great. The rooms were exactly what I was looking for. Morning breakfast was good as well. I wish I could say I like it as much as my wife did. The best part of my stay was the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful to me, an American who didn’t understand the language. If I find my way back to Banjarmasin, I’ll be sure to stay at the Hotel 88."
