"The rooms were nice and spacious! They had some of the nicest staff I’ve ever met! They made the entire experience pleasant! Even the staff who didn’t speak English were always welcoming and willing to provide assistance. The breakfast was filling and delicious. The menu changes some after a couple of days, so good for those wanting a little of variety! The pay attention to the small details. I loved the full sized bathtub! And the showers were also very spacious. Only thing to be aware of is that it was VERY hot the first week of October and the air conditioner would turn off during the night or when you leave. I am so one who gets hot very quickly, but my friend isn’t and she said the temperature was still pretty decent if you’re an average person. The location was good to walk the main food night market in the area, with plenty of food around the immediate area. Anything you may need help with just ask to see if they can help you. Can also order delivery to this location. And the staff can store your luggage before or after check-in/check-out. Overall, as a first time visitor to Taiwan I will surely stay here again when I visit this country again this year! "

"When we checked in they let us check in early for free and upgraded our room. Very nice hotel and kid-friendly, they sent a baby crib up to our room so it was there when we arrived. Nice breakfast and gym. We go to Taichung often and we’ll make this our regular hotel. "
