"Exceptional customer service. The staff were amazing. I am disabled traveller and I couldn’t have been treated better. The staff were so attentive I was overwhelmed with their kindness and understand of my situation. Room facilities were fabulous. The food well what can I say. Exceptional and so reasonably priced . The western salad was so refreshing after a long day travelling and the noodles so fresh they really exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be staying there again. I have never had such A comfortable stay for a long time. Thank you to all the staff and management. Oh and the shuttle service was brilliant too. Big hugs to all. Vx"
