"Unfortunately this stay was due to a family member death in the family and it was last minute so the front desk was very nice and really accommodated us so we could take a quick nap and change from our overnight flight clothes by letting us check in early. The room was nice and very comfortable and I appreciate the kindness and friendliness of all the staff "

"The location was excellent. The parking and the area surrounding the hotel was very safe, with many restaurants and stores for shooping. The room could use a little work, it felt warn down, the return air vent looked very dirty, as well as the room floor and needed more ilumination. We had daily housekeeping, but the floor really needed an extra scrub. We didn't like the breakfast, aside from the coffee, probably the worst hotel breakfast I've experienced in the last few years. The staff was kind and helped us resolve a problem upon arrival."

"The hotel & the grounds are beautiful. On Expedia, we were booked for VIP, however, I feel we were given a room that is in need of refurbishing…bathroom is way over due and our room was located right across from the elevators in which you head the dinging of the elevators! "
