Was very pleased, very clean, staff wasn’t so friendly. Well the black staff were kind. I tried to use room service and was hung up on. Asked for certain items and didn’t receive til an hour later. Promised to be compensated 25$ off any spend witch never happened either

Definitely use valet instead of self-parking. The Executive Suite was excellent and highly recommended for the extra cost. And definitely get the breakfast option. Breakfast was wonderful! The hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly, location was excellent. There is nothing negative to say.

My wife and I loved the location. Restaurants, bars and certain shops, are at walking distance. The hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly! Will stay here again on our next visit to Miami.
