"My room was clean, no issues with my room at all. They gave me the option to have a room on the highest floor which was a first for me. The staff was very polite and made me feel like home to be honest. Thank you so much for a great time!"

"What a wonderful surprise to find this hotel! From the front desk to the restaurant, housekeeping, and the spa—everything was exceptional. I had a great massage and had my hair done by Tammy Askew, who gave me one of the best blowouts I’ve ever had on New Year’s Eve. Everything in the hotel is first class. I will definitely be back "

"The morning staffing was great, I had a minor issue and it was corrected immediately. The hotel was very close to the airport and a reasonable distance to the Port for my cruise ship. Good place to stay at a reasonable price. Local food and restaurants nearby for quick eats and their is a nice kinda upscale restaurant and party area not far away.(Within walking distance) There's a 24 hour laundry mat also in reasonable walking distance as well.i met a few nice people staying there and it's also pet friendly. The check in staff could be a little better but I do believe the miscommunication was due to a language barrier issue and the newer staffing operations but all in all nice place to stay will do again when I fly into Miami...."
