"It’s a nice place to stay. just need a bit of renovation. I liked it Simply."

"The room was nicely furnished & the location was close to the cruise port. We thought we had all the information to checkin with such as the room # & access code but when we arrived at almost 11:30 pm we realized we didn't have an access code to the building. Luckily, 3 young men came out, looked at our paperwork & let us in the building. It is an older building & there is little to no soundproofing. Unless you are a sound sleeper or sleep w/the TV on you may want to bring earplugs. As stated in the description, there is NO elevator. Make sure you are aware which floor you are on. We were on the 3rd floor & it was pretty rough lugging 3 heavy suitcases up the stairs at almost midnight."

"Great stay overall with a few caveats. Pros: The location is a major highlight—within easy walking distance of popular clubs and restaurants, making it perfect for nightlife and dining. The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The pool area was also a nice bonus—relaxing, tidy, and a great spot to unwind. Cons: Communication with the host could be improved. Late checkout was initially approved but later declined, which was inconvenient and a bit frustrating. There were also a few small ants noticed during the stay—nothing major, but worth mentioning. Lastly, there were occasional security concerns as some guests left the main gate and front door open, which didn’t feel entirely safe. **Overall:** A solid option thanks to its location and cleanliness, but better communication and improved security would make the experience much smoother."

"We stayed here for two nights, and i had booked it for 4. Our room wasn't an # but labeled as "lounge". It was actually the JANITORS CLOSET. Our room was inside, attached to the janitors closet with dirty floors, cleaning supplies, and random items (GROSS), with only one bed and a sofa bed. The photos were very inaccurate to what the room actually looked like, so i was extremely disappointed. There were only enough towels and blankets for two people, and when we tried to contact the staff, we had absolutely no help (there was no lobby, or front desk person on site). We had no blankets for the night, and the person on the phone told me to dry my own blankets and towels from the laundry room, which was extremely unprofessional. We ended up sleeping all 4 of us with only one fitted sheet and one linen, and we couldn't turn off the AC which meant the whole room was freezing all night, and one of us woke up sick the next morning. The lack of staff and assistance when we asked for the BARE MINIMUM which are towels and blankets was ABSURD, and we never heard back from the staff with a proper response. I cant believe we wasted $400 on two nights at this place. The locks also did not work on the door, so i believe we spent the night with an unlocked door which is extremely unsafe. The "hotel" was located in not the greatest area. i DO NOT recommend this place, it is not worth your money, and they are not properly staffed. i don't know how this place is still open to guests. 0 stars."

"Check in was a hit or miss. We weren’t able to get our code until we paid the security deposit which the link that was provided was not working so it was a bit of a hassle. Also, when we officially got settled we noticed a few issues throughout the unit. One of the rooms is missing a TV remote, and the TV itself appears to be glitching. Additionally, neither of the showers is producing hot water. We also noticed a few stains on the sheets and pillows, and the blind handle is broken as well also a cockroaches big and small. When I called the front desk to make them aware of this situation, the man stated “it’s just one bug” when in fact there was multiple bugs and it made this stay very uncomfortable to the fact that I left early. Overall, one out of 10 I will give this day a five. There was no proper communication. There was no hot water. The freezer did not freeze, and there was also children running above our heads."
