โMy wife is tad sensitive about the cleanliness of a hotel, but she was perfectly satisfied with this hotel(she insisted on tipping 20 USD for housekeeping). โImpeccable property. Amenities are five-star, location is exceptional, and the property feels upscale without being absurdly priced. I travel to Miami for work several times a month - this time I brought my wife and kids to enjoy the pool during my long work days. Perfect spot. โ
โWas a good stay, close to cvs and food places and shopping, depending on your neighbors can be little noisy but felt safe while i was there and would book againโ
โI loved the artsy vibe the hotel had and the area near the hotel had. I also loved that they gave me the room very early since my cruise had us go off the boat early. Also they let me stay 1 hour more in my room since my flight back home was really late.โ
โThe apartment was very clean, spacious, and in a location with lots of museums, restaurants and access to public transportation. However, there is no pool at the location in the design district.โ

There is nothing more I need other than the desire to stay one more day!! They made me feel comfortable by checking to see if I needed anything through messages. We are extremely grateful to Janna, Fernando, and Domenica for their attentive care and assistance. Also, the housekeeper cleaned the room so perfectly that I liked it. Next time I come to Miami, I definitely want to stay at this hotel."
