We love the 1 hotel! Staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities are immaculate. Room was gorgeous and the food on property was phenomenal. We loved being on the beach and having access to lounge chairs and towels- also so nice to have waiter service on the beach and at the pools!

I’ve stayed here several times and it is always great. The new restaurant Aviv was amazing and the staff all around the property were friendly and helpful. We had an absolutely amazing stay at One Hotel South Beach. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented every time. The staff was truly awesome: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The property itself was spotless and incredibly well maintained; cleanliness was clearly a top priority throughout our stay. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. Special mention to Marco from valet—he went above and beyond, was so kind, professional, and made coming and going effortless. He truly made a difference in our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Room was gorgeous and completely spotless! Mohammad was amazing and made a huge difference in our stay. The property is amazingly beautiful with such an upscale natural minimalist decor. The pools are stunning especially the rooftop. The staff in every area of the hotel was top notch!

The hotel is super fancy and pretty. Our room was big, decent size. Everything you buy at the hotel is outrageously expensive. We ate at the restaurant, (Mediterranean) and it was super expensive for what you're getting and the menu is limited. Go across the street, (Tons of restaurants). They do have a cute coffee shop in the lobby but note the sandwiches are already made, but their pastries are yummy. Don't expect great service. The food by the pool is "meh".

The best for solo or family. Vibes were great, views were amazing, healthy food, great relaxing stay. Staff went above and beyond especially “Yasmin” was one of their BEST staff members. She made sure our stay was memorable.
