The check‑in experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing and caused significant inconvenience. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the check‑in process took close to two and a half hours, far beyond what would reasonably be expected. During this time there were repeated, often tense discussions with the front desk staff, and the overall interaction was neither smooth nor pleasant. Instead of a welcoming start to the stay, the prolonged delay and lack of effective resolution left a negative impression and undermined the sense of comfort and relaxation that a hotel stay should provide.

Check in was a sh!t show. There were angry people shouting for hours while I waited for a room to be ready. The room was still being cleaned after finally getting a room key. Very out dated rooms. The outdoors were the best part of the hotel.

The pictures they show on one room is totally different from another. You get the basics ham and cheese sandwich for breakfast. The gate to the beach didn’t work. The water for the shower in your rooms was like luke warm/cold. The pool water was super cold. Wi-fi cut in and out. The building is outdated and so are the rooms. The rooms and hallways smell musty and moldy. The guy on the beach setting up the beach chairs and umbrellas was racist and telling people to speak English. They had 10 floors and only 1 elevator would work when it wanted to

Only toast coffee and cereals available. Toasters beaten up and some had burnt out elements. Few apples oranges. Bananas rare. Very busy feeding frenzy. Eggs and stuff available for cash but we didn’t try any so not sure about the quality. Yogurt rare. Juice machine was fine

The Hotel is OK. The rooms are a bit outdated, however the property location is perfect. Big pool and the beach access is right there. We visited in December, so beach equipment id available from about 8:30 to 5:00 pm. Also, very not crowded and close to some quick bites options like Dominos, etc. Breakfast OK, however you need to pay some extra if you want more options.

So unfortunately, our experience was not what I expected it to be. The only nice thing about it was it had free Wi-Fi free breakfast and the pool and beach I enjoyed very much that was it. The manager was very nice except for the front desk people. Very rude trying to charge people more money than expected. There is also fees for the pool and beach that is not posted on their website. The room the shower was terrible. There was very little hot water. The air-conditioning was terrible. It was freezing in our room. The toilet was not the best. We also had issues with our TV remote, not working. We never got room service when we asked for it. The front desk Spanish people are very rude nasty not a hotel I would ever ever recommend people to stay at. They like to charge people they just take your money and that’s it. They like to take advantage of people. Unfortunately, housekeeping only came when we were inside the room when we were not there the bed was never made. The towels were never picked up terrible. I have never had this awful of an experience when I have gone away. I will never stay at this hotel ever again!!!!!! Terrible. One of the front desk Spanish guys came off to me and demanding the extra balance which I already paid to stay over. There was no balance, so be very careful if you decide to stay at this hotel.

We reached hotel around 4 PM but hotel could not able to give the room before 7 PM. We were waiting at lobby for 3 hours. we have missed the event we have purchased in the evening. it was waste of time and money we have planned for this trip.

The room was big and proper with nice window and firm mattress. The access to the beach perfect! However, the property is too old and one elevator never worked. In some days both elevators were broken and we had to take the stairs ( 6 floors up) The breakfast is horrrible! Even the cereals were old. The swimming pool area is very nice and same with the beach BUT you have to go to the beach early to get your chairs because they don’t have enough for all the guests. Many chairs. Are broken as well. The staff is nice but not enough employees. They are overwhelmed by all the people/ problems.

The hotel overbooked their rooms, and the room I paid for was somehow not available any longer upon check in. I booked a balcony double queen room. They offered us a similar room no resort fee and 30% off. The room we received was a double full with partial ocean view. The manager was very nice and tried her best at the moment. The staff Serafín was not so pleasant and said he could not accomadate us any further and we could leave if we wanted. I ended up purchasing a twin mattress from door dash..

Continental breakfast was bread or cereal. We asked for the room to be cleaned once while we were there, they made the bed, didn’t vacuum and for some reason dumped a ton of sand in the sink? Location was great, beach was beautiful and the pool was ok.

I would not recommend this hotel. After traveling 11hrs, the front desk asked me “we don’t have any room. If you want, we will refund “. They don’t keep the reservation even if you booked in advance. Breakfast is a joke. It’s only bread and cheese. It’s a big scam attracting people with free breakfast. Then you have to wait for hours for beach towels. After going to beach, another disappointment is no beach chairs. They were very limited. If you are expecting relaxing, then this hotel is a total ripoff. Waste of time and money.

The staff was very kind. And the hotel is right at the beach. The negative aspects of the hotel is the elevator problem which can be very bad if you have rooms at the upper floor. The breakfast is very poor. İt is close to Walgreens and many restaurants, and you can bring in food into your room.

Hotel is severely outdated and in need of painting and many repairs. We had six families that booked there the night before departure for a cruise. All of us had issues. Check in is at 4 pm, my kids got their room at 5:30 pm (after waiting an hour in line at check in - it takes them an extremely long time to check someone in) and my husband and I got our room at 7:00 pm. After getting our room we discovered there was no hot water tap in the shower. My children’s room, the toilet wouldn’t flush and friends who also stayed reported a seeing a cockroach in the bathroom. Only one elevator worked and then that one stopped working and my friends had to carry their luggage up 7 floors. Several patrons were yelling at the manager in the lobby for various reasons. They also charge you for breakfast whether you like it or not and only bread and cheese is included in the “continental”breakfast - eggs, bacon or sausage is extra money. Added on to that is a $34 “resort fee”’. Highly over priced for the value received. Would not recommend.

You will ruin your stay if you stay in this hotel. Nothing good to say about this hotel except the location. Staffs were careless as they don’t bother about services. Managers ignore your genuine requests. No wifi in the room. Bathroom shower- I need to work with technician to get this fixed. It looks like this hotel is just a piece of g******. La chambre était sale à notre arrivée, le ménage n’a jamais été fait de la semaine où nous y avons séjourné. Nous l’avons signalé tous les jours à la réception mais n’avons rien obtenu à part des excuses, une honte cet hôtel! Nous sommes restés une semaine avec des cheveux au sol qui n’étaient pas les nôtres, et de la poussière en plus. Obligé de mettre des chaussures en sortant de la douche tellement le sol était sale, on se retrouvait avec les pieds noirs en marchant de la salle de bain au lit! La climatisation coulait dans la chambre, malgré notre signalement rien n’a été fait comme pour le ménage dans la chambre. J’ai pris des photos de l’état de la chambre si besoin. Pas de ménage, pas de changement de serviettes, lits non faits, petit déjeuner vraiment le minimum syndical, mobilier abîmé voire vétuste, bref première et dernière fois dans cet hôtel! Je vais demander à être remboursé par expédia car c’est la chambre la plus sale dans laquelle j’ai eu à dormir dans un hôtel, qui plus est, aucune réactivité de l’hôtel. À force de se plaindre ils ont fini par nous dire qu’ils allaient nous rembourser 119$ que nous n’avons pas encore vu en crédit sur notre compte bancaire.

Llegamos a las 3.30 pm siendo el check in a las 4 pm y no pudiera entrar sino 3 horas después. Nos dijeron en reception que la habitation estaba ocupada aun y que dejaramos el numero para que luego nos llamaran , que demora a 40 min. Después de un rato largo que vimos que paso mas se hora y media fuimos a reception porque no nos on .Tuvimos que hacer la fila para que nos stentorian y al llegar al frente nos dicen que la habitation ni siquiera la habian empezado a Limpiar. Milestones nosotros como otras personas que tambien estaban nos quedamos en el mismo lugar espera esperando bastante tiempo y nos dieron las tarjetas pero nos dijeron que teniamos que esperar 30 min mas Mi esposo fue a la habitacion y la persona que supervisaba la limpieza mando a la housekeeper que iba a Limpiar la habitacion para otro lugar pero mi esposo se molesto y el le dijo que primero Limpiar’s la nuestra entonces .Muy mala planificacion en base a la limpieza. El personal de limpieza fue amable y la sra limpio bien la habitacion . El desayuno no estaba mal pero no hay mucha varied variedad Solo tostadas , leche, jugo, y queso.Algunas veces Jamon y Atun pero se acababa rápido.Habian personas commando huevo , platanos y otras cosas pero parece qué pagan mas por ese servicio. La piscina bien since no le vendria mal un poco de música para alegrar el ambiente. Tiene una sala de jugos donde me diverti. La playa estaba bien muy limpia.

Hôtel agréable et spacieux. Piscine immense et plage accessible directement à pied via un petit portail. Chambre grande confortable lumineuse avec vue sur la mer magnifique. Salle de bains propre neuve et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner simple mais efficace. Trop d’options payantes pour avoir une prestation de qualité. Trop de déchets générés par la vaisselle jetable et multitude de plastique. Emplacement pratique à côté de la ligne de bus qui longe south beach. Des restaurants et épiceries sont localisées dans la rue.

The staff is unprepared to answer questions, and it takes 1 hour and 45 minutes to assign a room at check-in. Couldn’t tell the internet password for my room for three days, the room stayed dirty for days, and the breakfast was less than poor.
