โItโs a great place to stay! Itโs only a 10$ Lyft from anywhere you need to go! You could walk to brickell. Itโs very nice and the buildings is prolly the best one on the block! โ
โThe Condo at the Four Seasons allowed me to get a room when the hotel was otherwise fully booked. Because it was a condo unit it had the added benefit of private bedroom, living space, and kitchen. The only 'ding' I'd give it is it required a somewhat invasive documentation process to get set up - namely scanning my drivers license in advance and sending it to a non-Four Seasons third party.โ
โEverything nice , two problems , nobody take care your room is you are empty on something need to go down stairs and ask is you can get paper toilet or a clean towel honestly . Bad in that aspect and off course the valet parking is expensive and sometime we need to run to get the car in the street because is full almost the time during the day in front of the hotel and that is no safe is a small space when you need to get your car โ
โHad a family medical emergency and needed a place to stay close to Jackson memorial hospital and the place was only a 10 minute walk. Everything from cleanliness to amenities was great and communication with host was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again if was in same situation. Itโs close to expressway so a bit noisy other than that great!โ
โGreat customer service, so nice and helpful. Patient enough to answer all of my questions. Beautiful view. A lot of things near by. So many things to do inside the hotel if youโre not able to get out much as well. Food is impeccable. If you love art you will not be disappointed with all there is to see within the beautiful hotel. โ

There is nothing more I need other than the desire to stay one more day!! They made me feel comfortable by checking to see if I needed anything through messages. We are extremely grateful to Janna, Fernando, and Domenica for their attentive care and assistance. Also, the housekeeper cleaned the room so perfectly that I liked it. Next time I come to Miami, I definitely want to stay at this hotel."
