The rooms were perfect, it was like I was staying in a small apartment. I love that the rooms came with a washer and dryer. Didn’t have to travel back home with dirty laundry. The staff was nice. The pool area was nice and beautiful. It would be a place that I would choose to stay at again.

The hotel was clean, spacious, beautifully maintained, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. 😍 I originally came as a solo traveler, but I ended up having a friend join me, and we both had such a beautiful experience. I loved every single detail of the room and the overall stay. It was comfortable, spacious, and felt like a home away from home. One of my favorite things is the locationit’s literally in the middle of everything, which made getting around Miami so convenient. And for the price, this place is definitely worth every penny! I will definitely be back for sure! ❤️ Highly recommend!

I had a great experience staying at District 225. The location was excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and many attractions, which made exploring Miami very easy. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. I especially appreciated the convenience and the overall comfort of the place. It was a great choice for a Miami trip, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Many safety concerns, such as no batteries in smoke detector, no shield or screen in the window from the 10th floor window, and no curtains for someone who suffers from migraines. Many dirty linen sheets, missing toilet paper, paper towels, and about 3 towels. Upon asking for missing items, my family was told we would have to wait until the morning. Upon requesting a cancellation, the property denied it despite my family checking out the next morning. Nothing was able to be completed in person, only online. When asked to speak with a manager, my family was given the run around for days. We did not receive any compensation for staying only one night and leaving the rest of the reservation. Extremely unhelpful and extremely unsatisfied with the professionalism of this property and the property itself. The stay was a scam.

Property is very nice and clean. Amenities are perfect and can host family and friends. Only issue I had was Internet with my unit. My host was The Bay Suites, they communicated effectively but couldn’t resolve the internet issue in my unit

I travel a fair amount but rarely, if ever, leave a review as most places I stay at offer what is expected and not much more. This stay was different. The host was in constant contact with me prior to the visit but once I arrived the difference was notable. I had several small issues that I hesitated to bring up but when I did I got an instant response and resolution. One of the requests didn't really fall into the area that the host would normally be responsible for. I only mentioned it so that he could consider it for a future stay. Not only did he respond instantly he went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. I was pleasantly surprised by his attention to detail. When visiting Miami again I will not hesitate to stay here again. If there were more than 5 stars in the rating system I would gladly give them to him.
