“I love this property!I stayed here before and when I made the check in I received an upgrade and it was amazing as usual, the only issue that I had was with the Vallet parking, when I went to pay the guy told me that they don’t accept credit card and just cash, we gave him $30 plus $5 tip (this was at night, I left because I had to work in the morning) my friend stayed and when he went to reception to do the check out they want to charge me for the vallet parking that we already paid last night!...

“Best location and Good amenities (Pool, Gym...) walgreens just two blocks away (3min by walk) everything are located nearby. All staff were very friendly and very kind. But, little bit expansive. specially I don't understand why they charged $22+tax for umbrella in the beach It should be given to guests free of charge. Anyway My family had good time in this hotel.”

“Too crowded and slow for checking in. Spacious room but smelled bad in the small shower room. No complimentary water but they didn’t mention the water would be charged. A/C didn’t work so called front desk TWICE to send someone up for fixing it, but never showed up for 3 hours, so I went down to speak in person but the front desk guy didn’s apologize at all about the late and service, and his attitude was like i was disturbing his business so felt really bad. Love the beach that directly...

“At check in we were told there was an additional fee for the resort. This was a complete surprise since we had already paid for our stay when we booked on the website. I was under the impression that we were close to restaurants, but we had to walk pretty far to find anything and there weren’t many options nearby. We wanted to ask the concierge about where to eat and what was close, but they were never there to ask questions and we were tired of standing there waiting. The room was nice,...
