“Overall, a really solid stay. Amy stood out the most — she was polite, helpful, and consistent from check-in to check-out. Even when she was off the clock, she still took the time to answer questions without any attitude, which says a lot. The shuttle service was convenient, and the food was good. I had my 84-year-old dad with me that I’ve talked to Maria with multiple times and they were trying to tell me we can’t take the wheelchair on the shuttle and I almost had me buy an Uber, but then some woman came and offered for us to get onto the shuttle with no charge so that was great customer service.
