"The room service is not consistent. On day one, I asked for additional bottles for free water. The staff delivered it. On the second day, I asked for the same thing, the staff on the phone said that only two bottles of water is for the entire stay. But I booked the room for four people and I paid for that too. Why only two bottles are given?"

"Room was not vacuumed when we checked in. Disappointed at the condition of the apartment overall - walls dirty and marked up, rug dirty, couch had a large burn mark, bathroom condition not great. The positives were the pool area, as well as the gym was large and had lots of equipment. The condition of the common space was good. Due to the cost, I expected an apartment in better condition."

"I was very pleased with the state of the property. Cleanliness was paramount throughout the property. The room size was as expected, very compact, but it wasn't an issue for the 2 of us for 1 night pre-cruise. Location was within walking distance of the attractions of Bayside, All in all, it was a great stay"
