"Great scenic location in port area on the river. Shuttle service offered to cruise port for small fee.There was a nice breakfast with many choices hot and cold. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Walking distance to mall area for shopping / eating. My only issue was the extremely loud party boats on the river at all hours (spring break) which is not the hotels fault. "

"Unfortunately I had to switch rooms when I arrived because something black covered the molding in the bathtub. There was also a clicking noise coming from the vents. The vending machine on my floor was not working, and the hallway walls needed to be painted due to scratched off paint. Lastly, my linen on my bed was stained when they switched me to a new room. Although the physical condition of the hotel was not great, the staff were very welcoming and kind. "

"If you are a solo traveler and just need a place to lay your head this may be a suitable place. The room is a small box and if you have a companion you will come to know them more intimately than you would expect. The bathroom and shower are literally part of the living quarters and only separated by a frosted glass door (ours door did not shut). They promote the ability to “cast” to their smart TV’s but our was broke and attempts to fix it were unsuccessful. There is no place to sit besides the toilet or bed. The rooftop pool doesn’t get much sun because there is a rooftop over it. The complimentary breakfast was good and the croissants were fresh and delicious. Don’t get excited about the “2 free drinks” - there are no options, only what they decide to offer. YOTEL is located conveniently to the bayside market place where there is ample sun and seating options."
