"We loved our stay at CitizenM Worldcenter! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, lots of places to walk to nearby as well as public transportation. Bayside Marketplace is a 5 minute walk. Amenities were wonderful, we tried the gym and rooftop pool which was just fantastic. 10/10 would definitely stay again."

"We booked this hotel to stay the night before our cruise. We would be arriving by car at 10pm that night, after a long ride and needed a hotel close by the cruise terminal and with parking. This hotel offered valet parking. Upon arrival, the valet said they were full. I asked, what do we do now, he said you'll have to find parking elsewhere. Left the car in the front by the valet and went in the hotel to speak with hotel staff. Explaining I booked this hotel because it had parking and I paid $600 just to stay one night here. They didn't care, were not sympathetic. Were just like, too bad, find parking elsewhere. For this reason, I will never stay here again."

"Staff was absolutely excellent and the hotel is very clean and centrally located but extremely outdated. The breakfast buffet is excellent as well. That being said, the charge of $100 per day for the gym and pool is laughable and absolutely ridiculous. The gym is a small room in the basement with about 9 cardio machines squeezed together. Pipes above your head are visible. Prison vibes. The pool is tiny and aesthetically offputting. I am NOT exaggerating! The fact that you will need to spend $200 + per person to access a decent pool in the area or closer to the beach on top of paying for these ridiculous amenities really disappointed me. I am a huge fan of Hyatt and I typically stay at a Hyatt whenever there is availability. This Hyatt has the value of a Quality Inn, with the exception of staff and the breakfast. The rooms are very basic and the bathrooms are old. There is no real closet because that space is shared with a very tiny micro fridge that should really be a wine cooler. There is also a safe in that "closet" area so you cannot hang your clothing. The "closet" has no doors. The room is very spacious and there was decent view. The vanity area was also a good size for two people to share while getting ready. That being said, breakfast should be included as opposed to a separate fee. That would have definitely eased the blow."

"Staff is not easy to communicate with. They do not work together when important information is given to you. Once you call back they pretend not to know or not willing to be helpful. I spent my entire morning trying to get things resolved. It was my daughter Prom and she was just taken Pictures outside staff came and stood in the shot and said we could not take Pictures. Keep in mind several guest was taking Pictures. You also pay for open view however ocean is at a distance you 1st see building, everything else before the ocean view. Not pleasing at all."
