10/10 Excellent
"The receptionists were all very respectful young people and very helpful. Had friendly conversations with guests made everyone feel welcomed. "
"I always stay here when I’m going on a cruise out of Miami. I enjoy the convenient location and the cleanliness of the property. It can be long waits or crowded often, trying to get up to your room. I’m pretty aware of the patience that’s needed when trying to use the elevator. It seems like there’s always only one working. But, nevertheless I’m happy with the hotel. I would like to acknowledge the fact on my last visit. The air was not working in my room. The maintenance man came a few time, but it was never able to be fixed. My next thing was, I was going to ask for another room. But, before I could. It was taken care of and I was moved to a better room with working a/c."
"The area has so many things nearby, it is quite busy but it's an amazing area. The hotel was 10/10, enjoyed every bit me and my partner, WE WILL BE BACK!"
