"What an incredible experience! The location was absolutely perfect, situated right across from Bayside and Port Miami. Being surrounded by numerous restaurants and convenience stores made preparing for our two-week cruise incredibly convenient. "We really enjoyed all aspects of our stay at the Hampton Inn. It was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. "

"Reserved the room for 3 people. However, when we checked in, the bed for the third person was not made. We found the sheet, cover, pillow in the closet. The cover was dirty with some stains on it. There was no towels for the third person either. I had to call the front desk and asked for it. Planning would be better since they charge $ for the third person. "

"Nice place with nice front desk staff and bartender. Someone left their dogs in their room and the dogs were barking like crazy, but the front staff handled it very well, called the owners and there was no more barking. Bathroom was big (I had a two queen bed room) and the balcony was nice. Lots of city sounds and construction to watch. Walked the area, took the bus to south beach. Great location "

"Great location, just across the road from Bayside Marketplace. Lots of dining options at Bayside and is a block away from the Miami Heat stadium. Staff were also very courteous and attentive to our needs."
