“A shuttle tracker was provided which proved useful, we ended up taking an uber rather than wait for nearly an hour for it to return to the airport. The check in process was complicated by the employee maintaining a video chat whilst checking us in. This also led to a delay in getting packages which had been delivered and for which I was then charged a fee. The room has an unusual layout but was clean and the bed comfortable. “This is a clean but older Hampton Inn that is conveniently located near the Miami airport. It served its purpose for a one night stay after a very long flight from Egypt. We appreciated the cleanliness but would recommend an upgrade to the mattress. The breakfast was well prepared and received.”

“Our room the hand wash sink was clogged . I let the young lady @ the desk know on Saturday morning , and she offered to have maintenance come up , but we were not going to be in the room , so i declined . The staff at the desk were ok . But not too friendly or attentive . ”

“Waited over an hour and a half at the airport for the free shuttle. They did refund us since we had to get a taxi. Apparently the shuttle bus was stuck in traffic at the cruise port. Then when it was time to catch our shuttle through the hotel to the cruise terminal It was running so late that we also had to get another Uber to the cruise port. Not sure if their shuttle service is very reliable if you're on any kind of time schedule. ”
