“Unit, amenities, service, location - all top notch”

“It was comfortable and well equipped. Only thing that the studio itself could be cleaner. Looks like it was not done properly. All Linen had some bad odor and floors were stained apparently from dropped greasy food at the living room. The bathroom walls were not done appropriately and the AC vents have so much dust in it. Always room for improvement.”

“호텔과 같은 건물에 위치한 레지던스입니다. 입구은 호텔 입구 왼쪽에 별도의 입구가 있으며, 체크인 절차가 약간 생소할 수 있으나 로비의 직원분이 친절히 설명을 해주십니다. 시설은 청결하고 위치, 가격 모두 환상적입니다. 마이애미를 방문할 사람이라면 추천합니다.”

“La ubicación es excelente, es un lugar muy cómodo. Solo tomar en cuenta que el lugar no tiene parqueo y en nuestro caso un microondas hubiera sido de mucha ayuda, pero en general todo estuvo muy bien.”

“Todo bien, pero cuando llegamos se veía un poco sucio el departamento, y no había algo para poder nosotros limpiarlo.”
