“Everything was clean and the neighborhood was easy to navigate. Parking was not the easiest, but it’s Miami, so I understand. ”

“Great property to vacation with family. The two bedroom and balcony space was more than enough space for family of four. It is fully equipped with everything you need including beach towels and chairs. I love the close proximity to the beach, grocery, shopping and restaurants. Safe and comfortable. Property host and coordinator was excellent. Will return to this property again. ”

“This was our second stay at this hotel and overall we had a terrible experience, rooms were not clean , there was a conference with over 1200 attendees that took over the hotel and it was absolutely terrible walking around the hotel, chilling by the pool was terrible .. we felt so out of place with everyone from conference constantly walking in front beds .. we originally booked to stay for 3 nights and we left on the second day as the experience was just awful, we would never return ”

“Advertised as part of the Fountainbleu Hotel Resort although they were a private owned management group. The suite was not ready to be moved in when I attempted to move in and no one could tell me when the room would be ready! Totally unacceptable. We had flown cross country and were exhausted and no one seemed to care enough to give us answers or solve the problem. A nightmare. ”

“When I went to the room I found dirty towels on the floor urine on the toilet seat in one bathroom they other bathroom no one had bothered to flush the toilet. Food in the fridge and it was expired no toilet or paper towels available the dish towel was dirty. When i went to the front desk they tried to get in touch with the property manager and they never answered the phone nor called back. I got in touch with the company that communicated with me and they said they will see if they can get...
