“The room was great. I did have a long dark hair on my sheet when I pulled it back, but the sheets looked and smelled clean and I realize a hair can get washed and dried. It did weird me out a minute. They had lots of amenities and the breakfast was wonderful and the staff very helpful and nice. Shuttles were great from airport and to cruise port. Would def stay there again if in the area. ”

“I would actually give a zero for the service if that was an option. There were some complications with registration. One of our party was eventually allowed into the room. Then, just after he had fallen asleep, a clerk went to his room and told him he had to leave. They did eventually decide to let him stay after another e-mail they let him stay, but the damage was done. They were so focused on some perceived rule that they lost sight of the person.”

“It was located in a very quiet and peaceful area by lake. I could relax for a couple of days enjoyng tranquility. Also staffs are quite helpful. I will recommend this hotel to many of my friends. Thanks!!!”

“The hotel is dated but the room was clean. Lighting was harsh LED on the blue end of the spectrum making the surroundings that much less inviting/relaxing. The breakfast is standard ultraprocessed fare common in American hotel chains across North America and the Carribean. If you need to be close to the airport and you plan to find healthy food elsewhere it's an ok option. ”

“Breakfast was good, had a variety of choices and the person taking care of the area kept the food well stocked and clean. The room was adequate for an overnight stay. The A/C unit was kind of noisy and every so often there was a loud humming noise. Not sure if it was because we were on the top floor and there may have been some equipment above us on the roof. ”
