"Not happy about my stay"

"The property is right on the beach and really easy to get too. The staff was really nice. They do not replace your sheets unless requested. They only replace linens every 3 days so if that’s not cool for you I wouldn’t stay here. They also don’t give you towels when they clean the rooms. You have to request them and I did not receive the face towels I wanted when I asked. They provide free beach towels and chairs if you’re going to the beach which was really nice and you get 15% off the restaurants connected to the hotel for all meals and Meet Dalia gives you a free breakfast. It’s enough unless you want eggs and meats. You can’t hear the room next to you however you can hear when people slam the door in the hallways. If you’re coming for a few days it’s a good hotel!"

"I stayed in a king suite and it fit my needs. The room was clean, stayed cool, the shower water was always hot, low noise, the kitchenette was a plus. The ability to contact staff could be worked on, when you call the hotel it goes straight to voicemail. When you are in your room, the phone was broken so couldn’t dial the front desk from there either. But ideal location if you are needing to be by convention center, it was across the street. Perfect for those of us that came to race Hyrox."

"The hotel was clean. The one front desk lady continuously rolled her eyes everytime we talked to her, she was very arrogant and rude. The property had no ice machine, we were told we had to walk next door to “taco taco” or walk to “Maxine” next door to get ice. If you wanted to use the pool you had to walk next door on either side to use those buildings pools. Our hotel room was very small. There was no mini fridge or microwave. It was a very basic room- just a bed, small dresser, tv and a bathroom. Online it’s advertised that there’s a pool and bar etc. - again you have to walk next door for any of those things. When we got to the hotel they charged an additional $136 that you don’t get back on top of the deposit, they did not disclose this until we were at hotel. "
