“The staff including Rachel( front desk), Robert (manager) and a security guard were very unprofessional. The guard threatened my husband and the other two staff members questioned him being a guest of the hotel. They refused to get us a bag of ice. The pool waitress was very dismissive as well. We have been to this hotel on average twice a year for the past six years. Our stays have been 5 nights to ten nights. We will not return. Next time, we will check out the neighboring hotel- the Delano.”

“I loved everything about it….close to the airport and the shuttle takes you back and forth to the airport runs every 30 minutes…now let’s talk about the breakfast…I’ll give them a 10 out of 10 on the breakfast…never stayed at any hotel or Resort and they do a breakfast buffet like this place…they even have a soda fountain….free sodas 😫 I highly recommend this place…the rooms are amazing also I sat on my Balcony at night, and watched all the planes land”

“Not being familiar with the hotel, I booked first floor ocean view. I purposly arried around 11:00 to get familiar with the hotel and view of my room. I was not happy with the first floor since the view to the ocean was fully covered by the sand doone and overgrown grass. I immediately requested a change of location. I was lead to believe that I may be able to be moved to a higher room.. Unfortunately at checking time I was assigned the original room. I requested a change to any other...
