"We got a city view, which was fine. The room was clean but housekeeping never came to make up the room for two days. Finally, I called to complain about it. Instead of cleaning the room the hotel gave us a 200 dollar credit on the room stay. It was a little weird. We did get an apology and I love this hotel - I always stay here when I come to Miami - but I have never had this happen before. "

"The property was very clean and the staff was absolutely wonderful. The beach access was across the street. Walking distance from a store/pharmacy was a block away. Plus you were walking distance from a few restaurants that were pretty good. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. "

"Stayed here with my husband for 10 days in a junior suite. Overall great experience, no complaints! It is true that they do not have heating system if the temps drop but Miami stays pretty warm. AC is great. Staff was friendly. We got house keeping every 3 days and it was great. Awesome location that’s quiet but close enough to walk to Miami strips. Would deff return!"

"The room was very clean , staff were nice, we used the beach not the pool but the pool area was beautiful as well. Complementary Cold water and spf lotion was provided by the pool area. The food was great as well. Will stay there again on my next trip. "
