“하루 묵는 동안 더할 나위 없이 좋았습니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 직원분들도 모두 친절합니다. 무엇보다 바로 앞에 바다가 있어서 놀고 들어오기 좋았습니다.”

“I recently stayed at The Setai Hotel in Miami Beach, and I am extremely disappointed and shocked by my experience there. The hotel had an outdated ambiance, and it felt incredibly worn down. The low ceilings only added to the overall poor impression. Despite booking a very expensive two-bedroom room, there was no sense of luxury whatsoever. “Just keep an eye on your things by the pool. Other guest will try to move it even when your things are there. Or they could go missing. Staff should be more attentive to this. Other than that great place”

“The service was very nice, responsive and had great recommendations!”

Hallways and rooms are now musty and moldy smelling and AC units don't work properly with pooling water from condensation on the floor under AC vents. Property needs a complete renovation!”

“We were told when arriving at the property that there was construction as they were putting in a new water park. Due to this, we were told we were getting an upgraded room that would provide the same amenities we had booked withe the original room. It would have had two and a half bathrooms. We were upgraded to another tower, and were told we should not see or hear the construction. Getting to the upgraded room selection, we were initially pleased with the view as it was spectacular, however,...

“They need to take better care of the construction at least.”
