SO VERY DISAPPOINTING! We arrived Mar 15. Unfortunately this was on the very front end of Corona pandemic, when travel was still allowed. We called the day prior and all amenities were open. When we checked in we were told the spa was closed. Then the beach closed and the place was a ghost town. Our time off is PRECIOUS and since the hotel was essentially "closed" we ended our trip 2 nights early to return home. We understand that this pandemic is not under the control of the hotel. However, when we checked out we were told we would receive a refund, "no problem". Despite multiple calls to Expedia who then contacted Nobu, no refund. Just a "voucher" which does not help us. We never plan to stay here again and just want a refund as promised.
