"Great experience "

"The check in was terrible, we arrived early, staff were so unfriendly and unwilling to offer any help at all. I booked and paid for a pool view balcony, Stephanie argued point blank that she was putting me a studio room, even after i showed her proof that i in fact had booked the pool view balcony room. Only after another staff member stepped in and begrudgingly agreed and provided the room we had booked. I was charged $30 to check in 1 hour 30 minutes before check in time, the first time anywhere in the world this has happened.The rooms are dated, and look nothing like the photo's online. the bathroom in fact was completely different, with the room pics showing a separate shower, where our room had a shower in a bath. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"TERRIBLE. Didn’t even stay the night, we arrived to a rude employee, told to leave our bags in a sketchy room. Refused, left and booked a different hotel."

"Our oceanfront view was the best part of the hotel it's dated but comfortable. Had to ask for our room to be cleaned and for extra towels. Communication with staff difficult with exception if a couple people"

"Partial view of the ocean. Room was clean, staff attentive. One recommendation, improve the check in process to set better expectations and communication. My room was unique and only two of them on the property. It would have been nice to know this so I could understand why it would take so long for it to come available. The room wasn’t ready on the time they specified either. Had I known that I could have planned some activity while I waited."

"(My mom's account I reserved through). First room the door didn't lock. It took until the next day to get a new room. Manager was rude and not helpful. There was construction next door so it was really loud. It was not a good experience. "

"The staff at front desk was incredibly rude. My guest and I were told by the waiter at the hotel restaurant that our breakfast was included in our room charge. Since we were told that, we went to breakfast again the next day. When we checked out we inquired about this and were met with extreme attitude and told WE should go speak to the waiter that told us this information. Extremely unprofessional and rude. We were also told at check about the suana and steam room on site. When we went to use them, we were told they were (and had been) broken from several days. Would never stay here again, for the price there are several hotels much nicer in terms of amenities and customer service for around the same price. "
