"The hotel is situated in a prime location with convenient access to several key attractions. Surrounded by lush greenery, beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and shopping area, it offers an ideal setting for a relaxing stay. "Best resort in Miami …….beautiful palms, beautiful entry like no other ; but Overpriced on all the little things. Nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING . Small gym for the number of people Locker rooms , door handles , steamer lighting …. Lot of little things need updating The cabanas at soak are extremely over priced anymore for what you get out of it . Ugly uncomfortable couches inside of the now $600-700 cabanas For the money….. the cabanas hot tub is old and needs serious updating Feels 1995 ish The main hot tub at the pool area for everyone is smaller than most hot tubs at residences. "
