This property was great. We stayed one night before our cruise and one night after our cruise, it was clean, comfortable. We did a self check in. The owner’s instructions were clear for the self check in. The breakfast was very good, great variety of fresh fruits, eggs, coffee, juice, jam, toasts all home made! The location was great! 10 min walk to miami beach, restaurants, shopping and farmacies. Overall 10 stars!! Thank you!!

The house keepers were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was limited options but made well. We had the honeymoon suite it was nice and clean and spacious. Nice balcony.The shower had a few things broken/ missing e.g partial shower door, towel racks, no handheld shower, only rain shower working , so u need a shower cap, The air conditioner works great but u can’t make adjustments. The owners can definitely make some improvements to the property. Nice neighborhood overall. Also, you need to be mindful where you book the room because breakfast is served in the back part of the house and if you still want to sleep in, you might not be able to do so or will be disturbed as you will hear people talking during breakfast. we were in the front of the house so we did not have any issues.

So warm and welcoming! Highly recommend.

We had such a nice stay at Villa Venezia BB! Ivone was incredible! We had a super warm welcome and they were so accommodating with all our needs. The check-in and out was easy and the property easy to find. The breakfast was so nice and we enjoyed meeting some of the other guests. We felt like we were with family. We would highly recommend staying here. We really enjoyed it.

Very nice and well maintained property lead by a very friendly Italien host, who at any point in time was ready to help. Great breakfast with best coffee in Miami (potentially even Florida). The room was a bit tiny for three adults, however we only stayed one night. Hence it was OK. All in all I can recommend the place with pricing being adequate.

Comfortable B&B in South Beach

My husband and I stayed here for one night after disembarking a Caribbean cruise. The owner was super sweet and welcoming. He met us at the front gate for check in. We we were able to text with him before hand to schedule an arrival time. The room was very comfortable and the neighborhood was great. There is an awesome place to get greek food (Meraki Gyro & Bakery) a couple of blocks away and there is also a great coffee shop nearby (Cafe Umbria). Both the greek food and coffee shop were within walking distance. The breakfast was wonderful. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to stay here again in the future!

The property manager was very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage due to our early morning flight into town until later in the day when our room was ready. The property was overall pleasant, the room had only the bed to sit on, no chair, bench or even stool. Our only real issue was with breakfast as the assortment of food that was consumed by others on the beautiful outdoor patio was extremely limited and we had a very petite breakfast. When we asked about this, the young woman smiled and started clearing the patio table, we took that as our que to leave.

I love the Italian owner. He has a strong accent, but friendly and inviting. It was my first time in Miami, so I didn’t know about pay parkings. The owner offered to pay for our parking for free of charge for 24 hrs. This was a blessing. B&B (breakfast) was delicious and made fresh once you wake up. I love the omelettes served at this location because it is not the traditional omelettes you get at Hamptons or other hotels. One thing I dislike was the house lizards in the backyard which is common in Miami - you will see them everywhere in Miami. Overall, great place to stay and most things are within walking distance. My friend and I walked to and from our B&B. Highly recommended.

I want to start out with the positives, the customer service/staff were amazing and very accommodating to holding our bags before and after checkout, and easy to reach via messaging! It was walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and the beach which were a plus without a car. The negatives, the beds were SO uncomfortable! Our living quarters had a weird, unpleasant smell possibly from someone cooking, we weren’t sure? The a/c was on a set temperature and we were very hot in the evenings. Pillows were paper thin and we had no wash cloths. Overall it’s not the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but we would not stay again.

Lovely Stay at Villa Venenzia

We enjoyed our stay for 1 day right before our cruise. The location feels very residential and is within walking distance from the beach, shops and many restaurants. The staff were super nice and provided a lovely breakfast buffet the next morning. Recommended highly, especially since the fee were so reasonable for this booking.
