“The staff including Rachel( front desk), Robert (manager) and a security guard were very unprofessional. The guard threatened my husband and the other two staff members questioned him being a guest of the hotel. They refused to get us a bag of ice. The pool waitress was very dismissive as well. We have been to this hotel on average twice a year for the past six years. Our stays have been 5 nights to ten nights. We will not return. Next time, we will check out the neighboring hotel- the Delano.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful finding places to visit even during World Cup week. They helped modify our stay when our flights were delayed. The staff is obviously great as was the location and easy walk to the beach made this a great choice!”
