The hotel is between the convention center and the beach (15 minutes walk). The room was clean but not very bright except in the bedroom as the blind was not efficient there. The service was good, but there was no cabinet at all to put the clothes, and the bed was not very comfortable. Our room vue was a roof with air conditioner conditioning vent. The environment was very noisy. Noise came from the street while windows were closed, noise came from other rooms of the hotel and from the hallway when people talked there.

Pros: Near shopping and restaurants which is a 15-18 mins walk. Our room was available earlier than 3pm as we arrived at 1:20pm, room was ready in 20 mins. Cons: Bathroom does not reflect as the picture, needs upgrade and cleaning, faucet and shower are rusty. Bed makes a lot of sound as you need to change sleeping position. Bedrooms are not sound proof so it's hard to sleep as guests just bang on the rooms even after 10pm. You could hear next room guests talking, it was really terrible. No single chair in the room to use for sitting..

The room was clean and large, the shower was clean and large (favorite part of the room). The front desk staff was courteous and I appreciated morning coffee and hot water for tea. However, my room was on the ground floor, a few feet away from the lobby and the noise from guests moving in and out of the lobby was loud enough to make it difficult to sleep. I could also hear sounds from the room beside and the one above. The bed was uncomfortable and there was no armchair to use as an alternative ( not that I should need to do that). Ok for the price and because I only stayed 2 nights, otherwise would have become exceedingly uncomfortable.

Overall a great location only a few blocks from the beach. The rooms are bright and clean and they have options for bigger groups. Our only issue was the parking is a couple of blocks away, although they did offer in and out.

Hotel was amazing. Hotel staff was super nice and very informative of the surrounding area. Rooms were spacious and clean. 5-10 mins walking distance from the beach and several restaurants. We will definitely be back the next time we cruise out of Miami.
