“Very nice hotel located near cruise port. Room was nice and clean. Staff were also friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The TV kept going in and out. The AC didn't work. They had to move us to another room. And the room they moved us too had an awful smell coming from the vent. Almost like pump water smell. The shower was small. And parking is blocks away.”

“Perfect”

“This was the worst stay I have had. Wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. They dont have a cleaning service, they charge 63 Dollars of parking per day. The owners dont have any control in the hotel and the location is not good.”

“We enjoyed our anniversary weekend at RS Suites – District 225 Miami! Dave and the team were responsive and provided clear check-in and parking instructions. They were also understanding when the rain delayed our arrival, which we appreciated. Having complimentary parking was a great bonus. Thank you for helping make our anniversary getaway a lovely experience!”

There is nothing more I need other than the desire to stay one more day!! They made me feel comfortable by checking to see if I needed anything through messages. We are extremely grateful to Janna, Fernando, and Domenica for their attentive care and assistance. Also, the...

“Close to restaurants and was very well keep.”

“Not bad”

“Great place to stay. The host was extremely communicative and answered all of our questions. They even went out of their way to arrange a high chair and a crib for our baby. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place!”
