What a wonderful surprise to find this hotel! From the front desk to the restaurant, housekeeping, and the spa—everything was exceptional. I had a great massage and had my hair done by Tammy Askew, who gave me one of the best blowouts I’ve ever had on New Year’s Eve. Everything in the hotel is first class. I will definitely be back

Breakfast was fair. Far from great. Service was very slow every morning. Food looked nice but did not taste good. Would recommend guests get breakfast at another venue. The bar staff were excellent and would visit again next stay.

This property has the most attentive and personable staff I have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived the parking staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The front desk was great. The lobby bar is well stocked. Make sure to connect with Alejandro the bartender he’s a vibe and definitely knows his stuff. Mark in security made sure everything went smoothly and we needed for nothing. Darcy made sure our departure was perfect and late checkout made things work out perfectly. Thank you again for an exceptional experience!

We had a total of five rooms during our stay for family. It was so elegant, lovely. The staff most of all made the difference! from valet to the coffee shop, to the front desk, the resturant, bar, pool. EVERYONE was so nice, professional and attentive. THEY made the difference to making our stay memorable. The location was perfect, we loved everything about the Loews Coral Gables

The staff is simply amazing! More than the property and location. They just go out of their way to make you feel at home. From the valet, to Timothy at the front desk to the security guys and even housekeeping!

I haven't had a vacation in 15 years, so I was very excited about my time in Coral Gables. My time at Loews was everything I could've imagined and so much more! The service from arriving to departing was top notch. My room was emaculate. Food was delicious and and I am already looking forward to coming back and I won't wait 15 years!

I recently stayed at Lowe's Coral Gables hotel. The property is new, modern and beautifully furnished, with stylish décor that creates both an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, making it a pleasure to return to after a busy day in Miami. The ambiance gave me a sense of comfort—it honestly felt like a second home away from home. On the run and need to be near MIA? I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a welcoming environment in the heart of Coral Gables! Well done guys; you are appreciated !!!

The lobby smell is amazing, gym was good, glad they had happy hour specials by the pool, valet was so helpful, coffee shop, Thursday was not Good Friday was excellent.
